Outside there is parking in a nearby car park and a patio. 1 Brooklyn Villas is an ideal family-friendly cottage close to village amenities and the beach.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car, 3 mins walk away. Patio garden with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. The quaint fishing village of Beer, on the East Devon coast between Sidmouth and Seaton, is a place like no other. Unspoilt by modern commercialisation it retains its traditional character. Local fishermen continue to sell freshly caught fish near the sea front, and the village provides a number of interesting gift shops, galleries, tea shops and eating places. A superb location to stay at for exploring the beautiful East Devon 'Jurassic' coast.
